أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ مَخْرَمَةَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهَ بَاتَ لَيْلَةً عِنْدَ مَيْمُونَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ فِي قِيَامِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَوُضُوئِهِ وَصَلَاتِهِ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: فَقُمْتُ فَصَنَعْتُ مِثْلَ الَّذِي صَنَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُمْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ فَوَضَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى رَأْسِي ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِأُذُنِي الْيُمْنَى يَفْتِلُهَا أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ.
It is narrated from Kurayb, the freed slave of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) informed him: I spent a night at the house of my maternal aunt, the Mother of the Believers Sayyidah Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her). Then he related the hadith about the night prayer of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), his ablution and his prayer. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: I also got up and did everything that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had done, then I stood at his side. He (peace and blessings be upon him) placed his right hand on my head, then took hold of my right ear and was twisting it.
