أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي حَرَمِيُّ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الْقَسْمَلِيُّ، ثنا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ {الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ} [الماعون: ٥] قَالَ: " إِضَاعَةُ الْوَقْتِ " وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ إِنَّمَا يَصِحُّ مَوْقُوفًا وَعِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ وَغَيْرُهُ مِنْ أَئِمَّةِ الْحَدِيثِ.
Ikrimah bin Ibrahim narrates with his chain that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about "Those who are heedless of their prayer" [Surah al-Ma'un: 5], "woe to those who are neglectful of the prayer", and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It refers to wasting the time."
This hadith is only authentic as mawquf (stopping at the Companion), and Ikrimah bin Ibrahim was declared weak by Yahya bin Ma'in and other imams of hadith.
