Bayhaqi 3136 — Evidence that qunut is after bowing

Yazid bin Abi Ziyad said: I heard our teachers saying that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to recite the qunut in the morning prayer after the bowing.
The Shaykh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Narrations of reciting the qunut before the bowing are reported from Sayyiduna Umar and Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both), and what is authentic from Umar is that it was after it.
