أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْحَاكِمُ الْإِسْفَرَايِينِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَحْرٍ الْبَرْبَهَارِيُّ، ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ، أَنَّ هِشَامَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ، قَرَأَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ أَتَقْرَأُ خَلْفَ الْإِمَامِ؟ قَالَ: " إِنَّا لَنَفْعَلُ " وَمِنْهُمْ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ.
Humayd bin Hilal narrates that Hisham bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) recited Surah al-Fatihah behind the imam, and someone said to him: Do you recite even behind the imam? He said: We certainly do so.
