اُردوEn
وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، ثنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، أنبأ حُصَيْنٌ قَالَ: " صَلَّيْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقْرَأُ خَلْفَ الْإِمَامِ " فَلَقِيتُ مُجَاهِدًا، فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ " يَقْرَأُ خَلْفَ الْإِمَامِ فِي صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ مِنْ سُورَةِ مَرْيَمَ ".
Husayn (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates: I prayed beside Ubaydullah bin Abdullah bin Utbah (may Allah have mercy on him) and heard him reciting behind the imam. Then I met Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) and mentioned this to him, and he said: I heard Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) reciting verses of Surah Maryam behind the imam in the Zuhr prayer.
