Bayhaqi 2431 — How the one praying recites

It is narrated from Ibrahim al-Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) that Alqamah (may Allah have mercy on him) recited before Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), and he had a very beautiful voice. He said: Recite in measured tones, may my father and mother be ransomed for you, for this is the beauty and adornment of the Qur'an.
