قَالَ: وَأَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أنبأ سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي رَجُلٍ كَاتَبَ عَبْدًا لَهُ ثُمَّ مَاتَ الرَّجُلُ الَّذِي كَاتَبَ وَتَرَكَ رِجَالًا وَنِسَاءً، قَالَ: " لَيْسَ لِلنِّسَاءِ مِنْ وَلَاءِ ⦗٥٧٢⦘ الْمُكَاتَبِ شَيْءٌ، وَالْمِيرَاثُ بَيْنَهُمْ "، يَعْنِي الرِّجَالَ وَالنِّسَاءَ..
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding a man who made a contract of manumission with his slave, and the man who made the contract died, leaving men and women: The women will receive nothing of the wala' of the mukatab, but the inheritance will be divided among the men and the women.
