Book of the Mukatab
باب: : المكاتب يجوز بيعه في حالين: أن يحل نجم من نجومه فيعجز عن أدائه، أو يرضى المكاتب بالبيع.
Chapter: The mukatab may be sold in two cases: when an instalment falls due and he cannot pay it, or when the mukatab consents to the sale
Bayhaqi 21729 — The mukatab may be sold in two cases
قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا قَاسِمٌ الْمُطَرِّزُ، ثنا بُنْدَارٌ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، بِنَحْوِهِ.
Yahya bin Sa'id (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates likewise.
