أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرُوَيْهِ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، فِي الْمُكَاتَبِينَ، قَالَ: " شُرُوطُهُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ ".
Mujahid narrates from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that regarding the mukatabs, their conditions are (as agreed) between them.
