وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ: أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ الثِّقَةُ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ: " يَعُودُ الرَّجُلُ فِي مُدَبَّرِهِ ".
Amr bin Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man may go back on (the tadbir of) his mudabbar slave.
