اُردوEn
وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ: ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَالشَّعْبِيِّ، فِي الْعَبْدِ يَكُونُ بَيْنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ فَيُعْتِقُ أَحَدُهُمَا نَصِيبَهُ، قَالَا: " يَضْمَنُ ثَمَنَهُ لِصَاحِبِهِ بِقِيمَةِ عَدْلٍ يَوْمَ أَعْتَقَهُ ".
Ibrahim and al-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on them) said concerning a slave owned by two men, one of whom frees his share: "He shall be liable to his partner for a fair value as of the day he freed him."
