Bayhaqi 21233 — Two litigants dispute over something in the possession

Tamim bin Tarafah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I was informed that two men came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) with a dispute over a camel, and both presented witnesses; so he (peace and blessings be upon him) divided it equally between the two of them.
