Bayhaqi 21228 — Two litigants dispute over something in the possession

Sa'id bin Abi Burdah narrates from his father, and he from Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him), that two men made a claim over a camel, and each of them also presented two witnesses; so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) divided it equally between the two of them.
