Bayhaqi 2105 — Praying Maghrib early

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Burdah (may Allah be pleased with him): I was coming from al-Jabban. When I passed through (the quarter of) Ju'fi, I said: "Now the sun has set (and the Maghrib prayer has become due)." I passed by the mosque of Suwayd bin Ghafalah (may Allah have mercy on him) and asked him: "Have you prayed?" He said: "Yes!" I said: "You have offered the prayer early." He said: "Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) also used to offer it at this time."
