أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا بَحْرٌ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ إِذَا وَجَدَهَا مَعَ أَحَدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ وَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَكُسِرَتْ، وَضَرَبَهُ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِهَا فَأُحْرِقَتْ بِالنَّارِ ".
Nafi' narrates from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when he found it in any house, he would order it to be broken and would also beat (the person) for it, then it would be burned in fire.
