Bayhaqi 20876 — What renders the testimony of the people of innovation

Abu al-Hajjaj al-Azdi narrates from Sayyiduna Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was asked about divine decree, and he said: Know that what is going to reach you will certainly reach you, and what is not to reach you will never come to you. [Da'if (weak)]
