Bayhaqi 20827 — One whose lying is exposed and done openly without

Mus'ab bin Sa'd (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "A Muslim may have every trait in his nature except treachery and lying."
This is mawquf (a Companion's statement), and that is correct; it has also been narrated as marfu' (from the Prophet).
