قَالَ: وَأنبأ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: " أَمَا رِوَايَةُ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ فَإِنَّهَا فِي الْمُوَطَّأِ هَكَذَا مُرْسَلَةٌ ".
