Bayhaqi 20731 — Upright evidence takes precedence over a false oath

Muhammad bin Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Qadi Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him): "Whoever claims against a judgment of mine, the burden is on him until he brings proof. The truth has more right than my judgment, and the truth has more right than a false oath."
