أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ، أنبأ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ: " أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ، يَسْتَحْلِفُ صَاحِبَ الْحَقِّ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ الْوَاحِدِ، قَالَ بُكَيْرٌ: وَلَمْ يَزَلْ يَقْضِي بِذَلِكَ عِنْدَنَا ".
Ibn Lahi'ah narrates from Bukayr that he heard Abu Salamah (may Allah have mercy on him) asking the one who has the right for an oath along with one witness. Bukayr said: Abu Salamah (may Allah have mercy on him) kept judging in this way.
