أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَاضِي، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالُوا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أنبأ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ: " لَا يُضَارَّ الْكَاتِبُ وَلَا الشَّهِيدُ، يَقُولُ: " يَأْتِيهِ فَيَشْغَلُهُ عَنْ ضَيْعَتِهِ، وَعَنْ سُوقِهِ "،.
Humayd al-A'raj narrates from Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) that "Let no scribe or witness be harmed" [Surah al-Baqarah: 282] (means): when they are busy with their estate and their market.
