Bayhaqi 20547 — The testimony of one who has made a false accusation

Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) flogged the three persons, then asked them to repent; two repented, so he accepted their testimony, and Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) refused, so his testimony too was not accepted.
