باب: : لا يحيل حكم القاضي على المقضي له، والمقضي عليه، ولا يجعل الحلال على واحد منهما حراما، ولا الحرام على واحد منهما حلالا

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أنبأ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ ⦗٢٥٢⦘ وَمَتْنِهِ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " فَمَنْ قَطَعْتُ لَهُ مِنْ حَقِّ أَخِيهِ شَيْئًا فَلَا يَأْخُذْهُ، فَإِنَّمَا أَقْطَعُ لَهُ بِهِ قِطْعَةً مِنَ النَّارِ " رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى.
Hisham bin Urwah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates with his chain and text that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever I give his brother's right should not take it, for I am giving him a piece of Hell."
