Bayhaqi 20328 — Whom to consult

Ubaydullah bin Abi Yazid heard Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) when he was asked about "haraj". He said: Is there anyone here from Hudhayl? A man said: I am. He said: In what sense do you use "haraj"? He said: A narrow thing. He said: Yes, that is it.
