Sayyiduna Iyad bin Himar al-Mujashi'i (may Allah be pleased with him) states that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said in his sermon, and he mentioned the hadith, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The people of Paradise are of three kinds: a moderate ruler who gives charity and is granted success; a merciful, soft-hearted man (soft-hearted) towards every relative; and a poor man who is chaste and gives charity. The people of the Fire are of five kinds: first, the weak man who has no restraint, those who are followers among you and do not seek family or wealth; second, the treacherous man whose greed is not hidden, who betrays even in a trivial thing; third, the man who morning and evening deceives you about your family and your wealth; fourth, he also mentioned miserliness and lying; and fifth, the foul-mannered person."
(b) In the narration of Qatadah: "A just ruler."
