Bayhaqi 20068 — One who held that it requires the expiation of an oath

Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There is no vow in anger, and its expiation is the expiation of an oath."
This is munqati' (broken): al-Zubayr al-Hanzali did not hear from Imran.
