قَالَ يَعْقُوبُ، وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْأُمَوِيُّ، عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، أنبأ يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ، وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ ". هَذَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ مِنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ وَإِنَّمَا سَمِعَهُ مِنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ.
Abu Salamah bin Abd al-Rahman narrates from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no vow in disobedience; its expiation is that of an oath."
This indicates that he (al-Zuhri) did not hear it from Abu Salamah; rather, he heard it from Sulayman bin Arqam, from Yahya bin Abi Kathir, from Abu Salamah.
