أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْفَارِسِيُّ أنبأ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ فَارِسٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيُّ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، أنبأ إِيَاسُ بْنُ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ أَبُو مَخْلَدٍ صَاحِبُ الْبَصْرِيِّ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَمْلُوكًا لَابْنَةِ عَمِّ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، فَحَلَفَتْ: " أَنَّ مَالَهَا فِي الْمَسَاكِينِ صَدَقَةٌ "، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: " كَفِّرِي يَمِينَكِ "..
Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Rafi' narrates from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was the slave of the daughter of the paternal uncle of Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him). She swore that her wealth was charity for the poor, so Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "Expiate your oath."
