Bayhaqi 19835 — One who swears by other than Allah and then breaks

Abdullah bin Buraydah narrates from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears that he is free of Islam: if he is truthful, he will still not return to Islam safe and sound; and if he is lying, then he is as he said."
