Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you come to the herders of camels, call out three times; if you get an answer, well and good, otherwise milk, drink, and do not carry any away. And when you come to someone's orchard, call out three times; if you get an answer, well and good, otherwise you may eat the fruit of the orchard, but you may not carry any away."
Only Sa'id bin Iyas al-Jurayri narrated it; he is among the trustworthy narrators (thiqat), except that his memory became confused in the last part of his life, and Yazid bin Harun heard from him after his confusion. Hammad bin Salamah also narrated it from al-Jurayri, and it is not strong. And something contrary to this has been narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
