Bayhaqi 1936 — Supplication between the adhan and iqamah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man said: O Messenger of Allah, the mu'adhdhins have surpassed us in virtue. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Say as they say, and when you finish, ask, and you will be given."
