وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ: الْقَانِعُ: الْجَالِسُ فِي بَيْتِهِ، وَالْمُعْتَرُّ: الَّذِي يَعْتَرِيكَ.
Ibrahim and Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on them both) say: Al-qani' is the one who sits in his house, and al-mu'tarr is the one who comes to you.
