Bayhaqi 19070 — A jadha (young animal) suffices only from sheep

Asim bin Kulayb narrates from his father that there was a Companion, Sayyiduna Mujashi' bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him); goats became scarce, so a caller announced that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A jadha'ah of sheep will suffice in place of a musinnah animal."
