أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أنبأ يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ: كَانَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَجِيءُ بِالشَّاةِ فَيَقُولُ أَهْلُهُ: وَعَنَّا؟ فَيَقُولُ: وَعَنْكُمْ.
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he brought a goat, and his household said: This is on our behalf. He said: It is on your behalf as well.
