قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ثنا حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ بَعِيرًا لِي نَدَّ فَطَعَنْتُهُ بِرُمْحٍ. فَقَالَ: أَهْدِ لِي عَجُزَهُ ".
Habib bin Abi Thabit (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A man came to Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "My camel bolted, and I struck it with a spear." He said: "Give me its hindquarters as a gift."
