أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، أنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا النَّضْرَوِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَيْنٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا فِيمَنْ ذَبَحَ وَنَسِيَ التَّسْمِيَةَ قَالَ: " الْمُسْلِمُ فِيهِ اسْمُ اللهِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ التَّسْمِيَةَ ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that, regarding a person who forgot to say 'Bismillah' (with the name of Allah) at the time of slaughter, he said: The name of Allah is within the Muslim, even if he did not say 'Bismillah' (with the name of Allah).
