باب: يشترط عليهم أن لا يحدثوا في أمصار المسلمين كنيسة، ولا مجمعا لصلاتهم، ولا صوت ناقوس، ولا حمل خمر، ولا إدخال خنزير
Chapter: It is stipulated that they do not build in the Muslim cities a church or a place for their worship, nor sound the bell, carry wine or bring in pigs

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ، ح وَأنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ عَبْدُ الْقَاهِرِ بْنُ طَاهِرٍ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ الْإِمَامُ، وَأَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَمْدَانَ الْفَارِسِيُّ، وَأَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ قَالُوا: ثنا أَبُو عَمْرٍو إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ السُّلَمِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: كُلُّ مِصْرٍ مَصَّرَهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ لَا يُبْنَى فِيهِ بِيعَةٌ وَلَا كَنِيسَةٌ، وَلَا يُضْرَبُ فِيهِ بِنَاقُوسٍ، وَلَا يُبَاعُ فِيهِ لَحْمُ خِنْزِيرٍ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: In every city that the Muslims have founded, the Jews and Christians shall not build their places of worship, nor shall the clapper-bell (naqus) be struck, nor shall pork be sold.
