Bayhaqi 18709 — Collected chapters on the conditions the ruler imposes

Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that a Jewish woman used to revile the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and speak ill of him. A man strangled her until she died, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) declared her blood to be unavenged.
