Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among people, the best life is that of the person who holds the reins of his mount in the path of Allah; whenever he hears of danger or a cry for help from any direction, he rushes towards it swiftly, seeking out the places of death. Or the person who stays with a few goats on his hilltop, or has encamped in a valley; he establishes prayer and pays zakah until death, and remains engaged in the worship of his Lord. Such a person is with the people only in goodness." (b) Ba'jah bin Abdullah bin Badr said: On one of the hills.
