أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَنَّ مُسْرِفًا، قَدَّمَ يَزِيدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَمْعَةَ يَوْمَ الْحَرَّةِ لِيَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ فَطَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، فَسَأَلُوا أَهْلَ الْعِلْمِ فَقَالُوا: لَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ وَلَا مِيرَاثَ لَهَا.
Al-Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says: Musrif brought forward Yazid bin Abdullah on the Day of al-Harrah to be killed. He divorced his wife with whom he had not consummated the marriage. They asked the people of knowledge, and they said: She will receive half the dower and will not inherit.
