حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: أَهْلُ الْحِيرَةِ إِنَّمَا صُولِحُوا عَلَى مَا لَمْ يَقْتَسِمُوهُ بَيْنَهُمْ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الرِّجَالِ شَيْءٌ.
Mujalid bin Sa'id said: The people of al-Hirah were given terms only on what they had not divided among themselves, and nothing was due on the heads of the men.
