حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ: كَانُوا يُرَخِّصُونَ أَنْ يَشْتَرُوا مِنْ أَرْضِ الْحِيرَةِ مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُمْ صُلْحٌ.
Ash'ath narrates from al-Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) that they used to permit buying land of al-Hirah, because they had a treaty.
