Bayhaqi 1826 — No one drunk should approach prayer

It is narrated from Amr bin Shurahbil that Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the caller of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) announcing: "When the prayer is established, let no intoxicated person come near the prayer."
