وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ زُهَيْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَكِّيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: عَقَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَيْنِ وَخَتَنَهُمَا لِسَبْعَةِ أَيَّامٍ.
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the aqiqah for Sayyiduna Hasan and Sayyiduna Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them both) on the seventh day and circumcised them.
