Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "Raisins would be steeped for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) at night in a waterskin. In the morning he would drink it that day, that night and the next day; on the evening of the third day he would drink it or give it to the servants to drink, and if anything remained he would pour it out."
