Bayhaqi 17335 — Reports on the prohibition of wine
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ بِلَالٍ الْبَزَّازُ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أنبأ شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِيسَى، عَنْ أَبِي طُعْمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لُعِنَتِ الْخَمْرُ، وَشَارِبُهَا وَسَاقِيهَا، وَعَاصِرُهَا، وَمُعْتَصِرُهَا، وَحَامِلُهَا، وَالْمَحْمُولَةُ إِلَيْهِ، وَمُبْتَاعُهَا، وَآكِلُ ثَمَنِهَا ".
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Cursed are wine, the one who drinks it, the one who serves it, the one who presses it, the one for whom it is pressed, the one who carries it, the one to whom it is carried, the one who buys it, and the one who consumes its price."
