Bayhaqi 17214 — An insane person who commits an offence liable
قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، أنبأ خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ.
