Bayhaqi 17192 — Reports from the Companions on what requires

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him): "The hand is not to be cut off except for a dinar or ten dirhams." [Da'if]
Both of them are munqati' (disconnected).
