وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: " الْقَطْعُ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا ".
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The hand is to be cut off for a quarter of a dinar or more.
