Bayhaqi 16938 — Those who said: Whoever associates partners with Allah

فَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ الْحَافِظُ، قَالَ: لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ غَيْرُ إِسْحَاقَ، وَيُقَالُ إِنَّهُ رَجَعَ عَنْهُ، وَالصَّوَابُ مَوْقُوفٌ.
Al-Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) said: No one other than Ishaq narrated it as the words of the Prophet (marfu'), and it is said that he retracted it; the correct view is that it is mawquf (the words of Ibn Umar).
